These terms are an agreement between you and zeepje.co ("we", "us") for your use of the Remi app. By using the app you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Not medical advice. Remi is a general-wellness and self-care app. It provides guided facial gua sha technique instruction and lets you track your own progress photos. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it makes no promises about results. Move gently and stop if anything feels uncomfortable. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or have any health concerns, talk to a qualified professional before using gua sha.
Using the app
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own, for your own use.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region).
- Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app, and don't use it in any unlawful way.
Your account
Remi has an optional account. You never need one: the first 14-day chapter, and everything in it, works without signing in. An account exists so Plus follows you to a new phone and so your setup and streak come back after a reinstall.
- You can create one with Google, or with an email address and a password. You must be old enough to use the app (see above), and the email address you use must be yours.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account while it is signed in on a device you control. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.
- One person, one account. Don't create accounts to impersonate someone, to evade a suspension, or in bulk.
- If you set a display name, it must not be offensive, impersonating, or otherwise abusive. We may remove or reset names that are.
- You can delete your account at any time, in the app under You → Manage account → Delete your account, or by the routes on Delete your account. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription, and does not remove anything from your phone.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, is used unlawfully, or is used to abuse other people. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right. If we terminate an account other than for a breach by you, you keep any unused paid period or receive a refund for it under the relevant store's policy.
- Your photos are never part of your account. They are encrypted to the phone that took them and cannot be moved, so no account action of ours or yours can reach them.
Free features and Plus
Your first 14-day chapter — including the daily photo, your core routine, the before/after reveal, streaks and the daily reminder — is free. Remi Plus unlocks your personalized plan, the full routine library, unlimited chapters beyond Day 14, and comparing any two days of your photo timeline. Plus also offers an optional 3-day free trial, which needs no payment details.
Subscriptions and payment
- Plus is offered as a weekly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are always shown before you buy.
- All payment is handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play — we never see or store your payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- The Lifetime purchase is a single payment — no subscription, no renewal.
- Use Restore purchase in the app to regain Plus on a new device with the same store account.
- Refunds are handled by the stores under their policies (Apple App Store / Google Play refund processes).
Your content
Your photos are yours. They stay on your device (see the Privacy Policy), and you are responsible for anything you choose to share using the share feature. If community features (challenges, leaderboards) become available, you agree to choose a display name that isn't offensive, impersonating, or otherwise abusive, and we may remove names that are.
Ownership
The app, its illustrations, routines, text, and branding are owned by zeepje.co and protected by copyright. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the app.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be excluded.
Ending or changing the service
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. If you breach these terms we may suspend your licence to use the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and disputes belong to the courts of that jurisdiction.
